Welcome to the Global Kick-off 2027
January 19-21, in Ålabodarna, Sweden

We are excited to welcome you to a new chapter of our Global Kick-off journey!
This year, we will gather at Maryhill Estate, located in the picturesque fishing village of Ålabodarna on Sweden’s west coast. Surrounded by sea views, nature, and inspiring surroundings, Maryhill provides the perfect backdrop for three days of connection, collaboration, and celebration.

As we kick off 2027, we do so under the theme Purpose in Action. Together, we will reflect on our achievements, align on our priorities for the year ahead, and explore how we transform our purpose into actions that make a difference for our customers, colleagues, and patients around the world.

Program overview:

• Tuesday, January 19
  Hotel check-in opens at 4:00 PM. Kick-off registration will begin at 3:30 PM, followed by an informal welcome dinner in the evening.
• Wednesday & Thursday, January 20-21
  Full-day official program, followed by our annual award gala Thursday evening.
• Friday, January 22
  A dedicated Commercial Day for the commercial teams begins at 9:00 AM (a separate invitation has been sent)

All activities will be hosted at and around Maryhill Estate.
